Terms & Conditions

1. Orders

Placing an order or clicking “Send it to print” is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once we accept it and, where applicable, payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if artwork is unusable, a price was listed in error, or content is unlawful — and will refund any amount already paid.

2. Pricing & GST

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Where shown, prices include GST at the applicable rate; a GST-compliant invoice is provided with every order.
• Prices for custom, bulk or quote-based jobs are confirmed in writing before production.
• We try to keep prices and product details accurate but errors can occur; if an error affects your order we’ll contact you before proceeding.

3. Artwork & proofs

• You are responsible for the content, accuracy and rights to any artwork or files you upload, including spelling, layout and licensing of images and fonts.
• Our automated file check and any proof we provide are aids, not guarantees. Once you approve a proof, the order proceeds to print and cannot usually be changed.
• Colours may vary slightly between screen and print, and between print runs, due to the nature of the process.

4. Intellectual property

You confirm you have the right to reproduce any material you submit, and you indemnify us against claims arising from it. Website content, branding and designs created by us remain our property unless agreed otherwise.

5. Turnaround & delivery

Turnaround and delivery times are estimates and begin once artwork is approved and payment (where required) is confirmed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses or events beyond our reasonable control. See our Shipping & Delivery policy.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Because most items are custom-printed to your order, cancellation and refund rights are limited. Please read our Refund & Cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where our business is registered.
