• Order & artwork details: the products you order, options chosen, and metadata about files you upload (such as file name, page count and quality-check results).
• Account details: if you create an account, your login email and a securely hashed password.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends, used to operate and secure the site.

2. How we use it

• To prepare, produce and deliver your orders.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
• To send order updates (for example by phone, WhatsApp or email).
• To issue GST invoices and meet our legal obligations.
