Shipping & Delivery Policy

How and when your order reaches you. Timelines start once your artwork is approved and payment (where required) is confirmed.
1. Processing time
Production time depends on the product and is shown on each product page (for example, many copy and document jobs are ready the same day, while printed products take a few working days). Express options are available on many items.
2. Delivery options
- Store pickup: collect your order from us at no delivery charge once it’s ready — we’ll let you know.
- Local delivery: available in our service area; charges and timing depend on distance.
- Courier across India: we ship pan-India via trusted courier partners.
3. Delivery charges
Delivery charges, where applicable, are based on the order weight, size and destination, and are confirmed before you pay. Pickup is always free.
4. Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes a few working days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Any timelines given are estimates, not guarantees.
5. Tracking
You can check your order on our Track Order page, or sign in to your account. We’ll also keep you updated by phone, WhatsApp or email.
6. Delays & issues
We’re not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or events beyond our control. If a delivery seems lost or delayed, contact us at contact@slvprints.com and we’ll help track it down.
