Refund & Cancellation Policy

Most products are custom-printed to your order, so refund rights are limited. Here’s exactly how we handle cancellations, refunds and reprints — we want you to be happy with your order.

1. Cancellations

  • You can cancel an order any time before you approve the proof / before production begins for a full refund of anything paid.
  • Once a job has gone into production, it cannot be cancelled, because it’s custom-made for you.
  • To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at contact@slvprints.com with your order number.

2. Damaged, defective or wrong orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the proof you approved, we’ll happily reprint it or refund it. Please tell us within 48 hours of receiving the order and share photos of the issue so we can sort it out quickly.

3. What isn’t covered

  • Errors in the artwork you supplied or approved (typos, low resolution, wrong size, incorrect colours due to RGB files).
  • Minor colour variation that is normal in printing, or variation between separate print runs.
  • Delays caused by couriers or incorrect delivery details.
  • Change of mind on a correctly produced custom order.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method (or by another agreed method for cash/pickup orders), normally within 5–7 working days of approval. Bank or gateway processing times may add a few extra days.

5. How to raise a request

Email contact@slvprints.com or use our Contact page with your order number and a short description (and photos, if relevant). We’ll respond within a few working hours.
